No Planet B by Molly Brown PhD, D.N.M

There are so many ways to feed and nourish ourselves; it can be overwhelming. I recently went to a dinner where the host labeled each plate: “gluten -free,” “paleo,” “vegan,” and even “ketogenic,” which I thought was very considerate, although a lot to keep track of for a small dinner party. There are a lot of opinions and beliefs out there about what diet is best. And there are a lot of factors to consider, including the quality of food consumed, individual constitution, and so much more. Moving beyond this, we want to look at a bigger picture of thoughtful and compassionate sustainability to ensure personal and global health.
