Playing the Sun Valley Film Festival’s Saturday night award bash at Whiskey Jacques is Long Island band The Lemon Twigs. The duo, fronted by brothers Brian and Michael D’Addario (ages 19 and 17), has only just released a debut album, Do Hollywood, in October of 2016 but is already receiving wide acclaim from both critics and peers. The Times called the band “a modern-day band combining melodic, harmony-rich soft rock of Wings and Supertramp, the underground cool of Big Star and the Ramones, and the theatricality of Broadway musicals.” Public admiration for the duo has also come from icons like Elton John, Boy George, and The Zombies.
