For this issue, SVPN Magazine I decided to feature the talented head chef of The Grill at Knob Hill, Sarah Janego. Sarah has been the head chef at Knob Hill for a total of around three years (split up by her time for a period as the private chef, along with her husband, for Steve Wynn). Hailing from Michigan, she found her love for the cooking life in high school—taking classes at another school 25 minutes away where she began honing her culinary skills, as well as working as a teenager in ice cream and pizza shops.
