Galactic, a New Orleans-based jazz-funk fusion band, blends the sounds of many genres and musicians when playing, creating a unique “jam” for each song, album, and show. With guest performers like Macy Gray, Mavis Staples, and The Neville Brothers, the seven-piece band seamlessly incorporates rock, funk, brass, blues, jazz, hip hop, electronic, world music, and the New Orleans sound that first inspired them. The band brings their unique sound to the Sun Valley Pavilion on July 8, presented by RJK Entertainment and Sun Valley Resort.
