A 21st century museum and the role it plays in community building

On the eve of celebrating 50 years of presenting exemplary multimedia arts education and programming, throughout the Wood River Valley, the Sun Valley Center for the Arts has become Sun Valley Museum of Art. The new name simply clarifies what they have been doing all these years, creating places where people can learn, engage, and be inspired through the arts. It might be music, or a piece of art, the enactment of a story come to life on the stage, or an inspirational oration, that sends your soul to soar, Sun Valley Museum of Art, our museum, is a place where you can find and engage your passion or discover a new one.
