Fiamma, or “little flame” in Italian, is a live fire, Italian-inspired restaurant created by acclaimed chefs Britt Rescigno and Kinsey Leodler, located in Sun Valley, Idaho.
Locality is at the core of Italian cuisine, and like our ancestors from across the Atlantic, we believe that locally sourced ingredients just taste better. We make it our mission to always source the freshest seasonal ingredients, sourced from as close to home as possible.
Fiamma is all about fostering a sense of community, within our four walls and beyond. We partner with local farmers, ranchers, and small businesses to support the industries that our community depend on. Some of our wonderful partners include: Mountain Pride, Lava Lake Lamb, American Ostrich Farms, Shoemaker Bison Ranch, Charlies Produce, Riverence, Idaho Springs Caviar, Snake River Farms.
