The Cirque Series may appear to be the ultimate test to a mountain athlete’s mettle, but it’s actually an event for everyone no matter age or experience, and for the second year the series takes over Baldy on Saturday, August 24th at 9am. Founder and race director Julian Carr started the series in the summer of 2015 with four races in Alta, Snowbird, and Deer Valley, Utah and Crested Butte, Colorado. In 2019, the Cirque Series has expanded to Alyeska, Alaska, Arapahoe Basin, Colorado, Brighton, Utah, and Sun Valley, Idaho.
