Wood-fired pizza, specialty beer, featured wines, and an intimate urban-rustic ambience keeps everyone coming back to this Italian eatery in the heart of downtown Ketchum. Beers on tap and an excellent wine selection are cultivated by sommelier Burke Smith while; chef Dave Schenck creates local favorites like Duck Confit with Risotta, Pork Oso Bucco, and sautéed Idaho Trout. The fresh and seasonal cooking is always changing, making Enoteca the ideal place for dining out throughout the year. Season after season there are constantly new reasons to love Enoteca.
