Chefs and restaurateurs Scott and Anne Mason have made a name for themselves. They opened the now iconic Ketchum Grill in 1991, branched out with the popular restaurant and wine bar, Enoteca, in 2013, and run a highly successful catering business. They are known for their use of locally-sourced ingredients and an attention to detail cultivated through years of classical training and experience. Thus, when the Masons decided to launch a new venture, the Town Square Tavern, the Wood River Valley’s vibrant population of foodies took notice.
